Jackie Bratten, devoted wife and mother of two, has been serving as Children's Director at FBC Edwardsville since January of 2007. Prior to this she was the leader of a Girl Scout troop with 24 girls for four years which included work at the Day Camp each year.She also provided child care services in her home and was a teaching assistant at the Eden Child Care Center in Glen Carbon.

Jackie has a contagious faith and a passion
for children and their families which shines through in her programming and her face to face time with the children at First Baptist.

Jennifer Buchanan - Youth Director

Jennifer Buchanan is the Youth Director at First Baptist Church of Edwardsville.  After graduating from Saint Louis University in 1995 with a B.A. in English and Political Science, she pursued a career in the travel industry.  In 2009, Jennifer answered God’s call to work with T.O.G. (Teens Of God) and is excited to be helping teens grow in their walk with the Lord.  Jennifer met her husband Mark while attending First Baptist Church and is thankful for his support.
